Vadim graduated with a master’s degree in Biotechnology for Bioresources and Ecosustainable Development (LM8) at the University of Verona (October 2021), with a specialization in Environmental Microbiology and Bioprocesses. His thesis focused on the production of microbial biomass enriched with polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) by exploiting volatile fatty acids from agricultural wastes as substrates. Since November 2021, Vadim has been doing Research in Innoven S.r.l. within several European projects where he operates monitoring activities at a pilot platform for the recovery of bio-resources from agricultural waste. Vadim is also involved in consulting and Research for public and private entities operating in the field of wastewater management, liquid waste, agricultural waste and biogas.
InnovEn srl was born in 2013 as an innovative start-up and university spin-off, from professors and researchers of Verona University Biotechnology Department and the Marche Polytechnic University, working as consultancy and research for the development and validation of environmental biotechnologies. Starting from 2019 InnovEn srl becomes part of Tonello Energie srl, one of the main players in the biogas field, focusing on the design, engineering and construction of wastewater treatment plants both in the municipal and industrial fields.
