Francesco Fianelli

He received his master’s degree from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in environmental engineering (Feb. 2021), specializing in water treatment and hydrological modelling. His thesis focused on the process of biomethanation, where through methanogenic microorganisms it is possible to perform the conversion of hydrogen and carbon dioxide into biomethane. Since February 2022, Francesco has been researching and managing the pilot plant in Innoven S.r.l. to valorise and recover biopolymers from agricultural waste. In addition, Francesco is involved in consulting and assistance for projects in the field of wastewater management, waste management, and biogas.
